Your use of this website or completion of any booking constitutes your full acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed below, in addition to the applicable Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. The following terms shall have the meanings indicated beside each:
“Website”: The official hotel website or its affiliated booking platform.
“Hotel”: Golden Tower Hotel (the owning or operating entity).
“Client” / “Guest”: Any person using the website or making a reservation.
“Services”: Accommodation, booking services, and all related services.
By using the website, you acknowledge and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have full legal capacity to make reservations and financial commitments.
All information provided during the booking process is accurate, complete, and up to date. You bear full responsibility for any errors in booking details, contact information, or payment data. The hotel bears no responsibility for failure to provide service due to incorrect or incomplete information.
a) A reservation is not considered confirmed unless payment is completed (if applicable) and an official confirmation email or SMS is issued. b) The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of dates, room type, and contact information. The hotel reserves the right to take any appropriate legal or administrative action without liability or compensation.
a) All displayed prices include VAT according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless stated otherwise. b) Prices are calculated based on the pricing policy in effect at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to adjust prices before the booking is confirmed.
a) Timings: Check‑in at 2:00 PM, check‑out at 12:00 PM. b) National Security System (Shomoos): The hotel complies with security regulations; therefore, all guests must present an original valid national ID, residency permit, or passport upon arrival for registration in the Shomoos system. Refusal to present identification legally prevents the hotel from providing service. c) Early Check‑In / Late Check‑Out: Subject to room availability.
50% of the nightly rate applies for early check‑in before 10:00 AM.
50% applies for late check‑out after 4:00 PM.
Cancellations are subject to the policy specified at the time of booking:
a) If canceled more than 48 hours before check‑in, a full refund may be issued unless otherwise stated during booking. b) If canceled within 24–48 hours before check‑in, one night will be charged. c) If canceled less than 24 hours before check‑in, the full booking amount will be charged. d) In case of no‑show without prior notice, the hotel may charge the full booking amount or the first night depending on the selected rate. e) Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank or service provider. f) The hotel reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any reservation before or during the stay in cases including: I. Suspicion of fraud or unlawful use of payment methods. II. Providing false information or documents. III. Violating security regulations. IV. Violating public decency or endangering guests or staff. V. Exceeding the allowed room occupancy. VI. Any action causing operational, legal, or security risk to the hotel.
A. Guests and their companions must comply with the Public Decency Regulations issued by the authorities in Saudi Arabia across all hotel facilities. B. Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limits for each room type; the hotel reserves the right to refuse additional occupants. C. Children aged 1–5 stay free of charge. Extra bed fees apply. Baby cribs are available. D. Guests must not engage in illegal activities, disturb others, or damage hotel property. The hotel may terminate the stay without compensation in case of serious violations.
Accepted payment methods include: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. The client is responsible for any bank fees related to currency conversion or additional charges from the issuing bank.
The hotel bears no direct or indirect responsibility for:
a) Website or booking/payment system interruptions. b) Technical failures or errors from internet or payment service providers. c) Loss of data or delays in emails or SMS messages. d) Force majeure or circumstances beyond control. e) Commercial losses, indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. f) The hotel’s maximum liability is limited to the actual paid amount for the disputed booking. g) Compensation shall never exceed the actual paid booking amount.

Your data is subject to our Privacy Policy, compliant with the Personal Data Protection Law in Saudi Arabia.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any arising disputes.
The guest is fully financially and legally responsible for any damages, losses, misuse, or exceptional cleaning costs caused to rooms, property, or public facilities by the guest, companions, or visitors. The hotel may deduct the cost from the security deposit or the payment method used, and may pursue additional compensation or legal action if necessary.
Parking is a complimentary service subject to availability. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents, nor for accidents, disasters, or third‑party actions. Use of parking is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Guests may not use hotel parking or facilities after check‑out.
Guests are solely responsible for safeguarding their money and valuables. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage inside rooms or facilities. Guests are advised to use safety deposit boxes when available.
The client agrees not to publish misleading, offensive, or defamatory content about the hotel or its staff online or on social media. If intentional harm or false information is proven, the hotel may take all legal actions to seek compensation.
The guest acknowledges that the hotel uses security cameras in public areas, entrances, and shared facilities for safety and regulatory compliance, while respecting privacy in designated areas.
Guests and their companions must comply with all laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, including public decency, safety, tourism, and health regulations. The guest bears full responsibility for any violations.
It is strictly prohibited to use rooms or hotel facilities for illegal activities, violations of public decency, unauthorized commercial purposes, or gatherings/parties without prior written approval from hotel management. The hotel may terminate the stay immediately without compensation.
The hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, facilities, offers, or benefits at any time for operational, security, technical, or regulatory reasons without liability or compensation.
If the reservation is made through external platforms, certain policies, prices, and cancellation/refund terms may be governed by the provider’s conditions. The client is responsible for reviewing them. The hotel is not liable for errors or discrepancies caused by third parties.
The hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide service due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, epidemics, government decisions, power or internet outages, cyberattacks, major technical failures, labor disputes, or any other force majeure events.
The client agrees not to claim any indirect, moral, consequential, future, or lost‑profit damages exceeding the actual paid booking amount.
Using the website, completing a reservation, making any payment, or using hotel services constitutes explicit, final, and legally binding electronic acceptance of all related terms, conditions, and policies.
